Dr. Margaret McCraw is a licensed psychotherapist, published author, keynote speaker, and has more than 25 years of business and health care management experience.

As founder and president of Behavioral Healthcare Consulting and Leadership Dynamics Group, she has extensive experience in training and certifying life coaches and business coaches to attain their goals.

Dr. McCraw provides executive coaching and organizational consulting to the federal government, private industry, and not-for-profit organizations. In addition, she has provided consultation to governmental agencies in revising mental health licensing regulations.

Dr. McCraw provides consultation to organizations in human resource development, change management, and team building. She is a keynote speaker and hosts her own Internet radio show on HealthyLife.net. She is also an approved continuing education sponsor for licensed psychologists, licensed social workers, and numerous other healthcare providers.

Margaret McCraw holds a doctorate in transpersonal psychology, a Master of Business Administration degree, and a Master of Social Work degree in addition to bachelor’s degrees in psychology and social work.
