synchronicity and defined it as "a meaningful coincidence of two or more events, where something other than the probability of chance is involved."

This Institute, has recently been established by Margaret McCraw in conjunction with the publishing and launching of Tune into Love, and her other forthcoming books on Vibrational Alignment. Counselors, therapists and other healthcare professionals are trained in vibrational techniques that are integrated with clinical as well as other therapeutic modalities. The term, Vibrational Counselor, is in the process of being trademarked. Healthcare professionals authorized to use this term will be certified through the Institute of Vibrational Synchronicity, and their names posted on this web site.

Margaret is scheduling telephone appointments to provide this service. She is also in the process of training and certifying health care professionals to provide Vibrational counseling.

Vibrational Synchronicity counseling is provided in person or over the telephone depending upon your location and the availability of a certified counselor. Counselors have completed the certification program for psychotherapists and life coaches. Counseling services are based on integrating vibrational techniques with other therapeutic and life enhancement skills to help you create your individual and relationship dreams.

These workshops are intended to teach participants vibrational principles and tools combined with other life enhancement skills, deepening the participant's understanding of how to create a fulfilling life. In addition to lectures there are experiential sessions, exercises, and group discussion led by the facilitator.

Vibrational Synchronicity Certification Program for Psychotherapists, Life Coaches and other Healthcare Professionals

These workshops are geared toward professionals who work with clients in a counseling, coaching, or healing capacity. The interactive group sessions are focused on integrating vibrational techniques with other clinical and therapeutic modalities. Continuing education units ("CEU") are available for some professionals depending upon degree and location.

Vibrational Synchronicity Certification Program for Organizational Leadership

There are three levels in which organizations can invest in the Leadership Program. These interactive group sessions are focused on integrating vibrational techniques with other business strategies. Continuing education units ("ceu") are available for some professionals.

1. Executive Forum -This program is for senior executives and board members who desire to understand how to use vibrational techniques combined with leadership skills, quality improvement, and other business strategies to achieve their organizational vision, and enhance their overall bottom line.

2. Management Forum -This program is for middle managers and supervisory personnel. It focuses on teaching managers how to achieve departmental goals by using vibrational techniques combined with supervisory skills, quality improvement, and other business strategies.

3. Employee Forum -This program is for front line staff. It teaches employees vibrational techniques combined with quality improvement enhancements, and other business strategies to increase overall performance including productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
